Great content, not great app

I love Elle but the app is clunky. Each time a new issue comes out I have to struggle to repeatedly sign and out and hope that I can I finally get the new issue to download, only to have the app crash and then start the process over again. This has been going on for a long time, get it fixed already! Oh, and I cant even get the new September issue, regardless of how many times Ive re entered my password.
