Great eMagazine, in a normal pdf and a fancy Ipad Version! All for free, Love it. Thats the future.

This months issue was downloaded in less than a minute. I was soooo surprised. Of course, when I tried to view it, I saw nothing but blank page!! I have my subscription till Jan 2014. Will it be short changed??

Incomplete downloads, slow handling, crashing repeatedly ... This is not fun to read at all. Interestingly the competition does not have these problems!

I just so love RiRi, and her pulling this natural and still artistic look is what was simply missing in this whole fake fashion world with which so many of us are overdue with! She so makes a positive difference. Go go Rihanna!^^

Feb version wont load. Updated app shuts down every time I try loading.

The preview was awful, just a scanned tiny bit of the magazine. Not sure if they understand the capabilities of the device on which they are now showing the magazine. I had hoped this would be one of my first subscriptions, but unlike VF which blew me away, I will not be subscribing to this yet.

Got stuck in the preview. Cant get out of it and cant seem to uninstall. Couldnt buy it if I wanted to.

I am confused! I am unable to download my latest purchased Elle mag. My iPad is stuck on a preview of November. Help!!!

After over an hour, the february issue is still downloading!!! Will likely ask for a refund.

February was 1st month I subscribed too I loved it. March....still waiting . March is on newstand already . Why cant I download it yet on my IPad?..

And here I thought I was saving trees by buying digital copies! I really hate the layout. Most of the links dont work. Shuts down a third of the time!!!

After downloading and paying for 1 years digital subscription, I was only able to successfully download 5 issues before it randomly stopped recognizing my subscription. I contacted Hearst digital apps support via email. They responded with a cursory "check to see if your settings and see if your subscription is active"... I responded back, but was cast off into the "ignore" pile. I am not upset about the money... its the principle. As a customer with a valid issue, I think it should be addressed even if there is no immediate resolution. I would have preferred a "Sorry, I dont know how we can resolve this at the moment. But we will look into it" rather than being ignored. Thats so unprofessional. When the application was working, I enjoyed the magazine and have been a subscriber to the print copy for years. I loved the concept of having my magazines with me without the bulk! But given my recent problems and the companys lack of support, I have decided to unsubscribe from all Hearst Publications. Even though my other magazines have been working fine up till now, I cant be sure that they will continue to work and be supported. There are many other companies that offer a similar content... I guess its time for me to start choosing them!

Just purchased the Mar. 2013 Elle magazine and it wont download. This is the 1st and last time I purchase online. Ill be purchasing the print version from now on. Question; how do I get a refund from the I-store?

Hello I have problem. I do not subscribe any more elle magazin. I delete all aplications from my ipad. i dont want subscribe this anymore. ...but i cant find shut down subscribe option. I dont want paying becous i dont downloading elle magazine Regards Marcin gwizdon

100% crap!!! Dont buy it! Tried to download this during the whole day. First it says: be patient its not fast. Then when after an hour you have about 20% downloaded it says that some error occured and it starts downloading again from the beggining!! So finally didnt get even one issue, thank God i didnt pay for the whole year subscription!!
