Fix your a already

Elle updated its app last November and its still consistently buggy. I dont understand how they cant get it right, but my downloading freezes, I constantly have to log in and out and their customer service team pretty much shrugs and says they know the app is a problem. Other brands can do this and by now, Elle should be able to as well. Each month its a contestant effort to uninstall/reinstall and keep my fingers crossed I will be able to get the mag to download. On my second reinstall and fourth attempt now for her September issue. Elle, you fail.
