Takes 7 minutes to load 1 article

I have had the Elle app on my iPad for 7 years and with the most recent update, I havent been able to download a single article. Each article downloads as you go, but they take 7-10 minutes to download-- longer than it takes to read. Literally the worst app Ive ever downloaded.
