Magazine is fine; otherwise buggy

If you think youre going to be able to cancel easily on the app, think again. Unsurprisingly, every time I try to cancel my subscription, the app has an error. Support, in general, is buggy, and my email received no replies. Will try, try again. The magazine shows up fine tho.
