Sad long-time subscriber
Ive been an Elle subscriber for many years and enjoyed having both the digital and print option. Unfortunately I didnt renew on time and now will only have digital access if I pay an additional subscription fee. As if thats not bad enough, I lost digital access to all the prior months that had been on my iPad. This just doesnt seem like the right way to treat loyal customers.
