I bought a magazine Elle US February 2012 with Reese Witherspoon but the app doesnt open on IPad, it stopped opening in 10 days as if there is some problem with the application, very bad((((

This is the BEST digital magazine in the world! I have subscribed to different magazines but to me the is absolutely # 1!

I vaguely remember this being optimized for iPad and iPad Pro - now its not. E.g., clickable links and optimized pages (not screenshots that you slide over) that make the consumption experience compatible with your mobile device. In addition, the page size doesnt even fit the screen - regardless of which device youre viewing on. If you want to know how its done right, see the Vogue app. Love Elle, but I hate this app.

It is not optimized for iPad Pro 12.9 , dont waste your money cause it is not full screen as well.

App forces you to logout, get a new password and login from scratch for EVERY issue. It is infuriating. The actual app is otherwise nicely designed but using it is so difficult it makes me want to cancel my sub.

I love this thing

Ive been an Elle subscriber for many years and enjoyed having both the digital and print option. Unfortunately I didnt renew on time and now will only have digital access if I pay an additional subscription fee. As if thats not bad enough, I lost digital access to all the prior months that had been on my iPad. This just doesnt seem like the right way to treat loyal customers.

At the moment I cannot access any of magazines and it is very frustrating. The update has basically made my magazine subscription useless since I cannnot access any of them. It just needs to be easy. It was easy before. Why complicate things. I understand youve made improvements that sound great if they actually work. So until that time I have to waste tons of time reading through FAQ to figure out whats up and still cannot access anything.

Ive been reading ELLE for as long as i can remember. When it became available digitally I was very excited and for the first few versions it was great albeit it did crash a number of occasions I was mostly happy. I downloaded the most recent issue with Angelina on the cover and now it will not load past the splash page. I looked up app support, followed the suggestions, uninstalled and installed again,and emailed support. No reply, no luck. Id like to know how Im being charged for content Im not receiving....not happy at all.

Every month i go through the same frustration of not being able to access my new issue. Almost not worth it.

Unable to open Elle App and I tried the troubleshooting and App still will not open. How do I get a refund on past issues since I cannot open App.

Cant open the ap after I updated. Very disappointing as others here have found. Whats going on, tech gurus?

I too am being charged for an app that will not open on my iPad. Just like the rest of you, I have uninstalled and re-installed to see what I can do…. In the meantime, I have no magazines to read….. A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! I just stopped my subscription…

I love Elle but the app is clunky. Each time a new issue comes out I have to struggle to repeatedly sign and out and hope that I can I finally get the new issue to download, only to have the app crash and then start the process over again. This has been going on for a long time, get it fixed already! Oh, and I cant even get the new September issue, regardless of how many times Ive re entered my password.

Elle updated its app last November and its still consistently buggy. I dont understand how they cant get it right, but my downloading freezes, I constantly have to log in and out and their customer service team pretty much shrugs and says they know the app is a problem. Other brands can do this and by now, Elle should be able to as well. Each month its a contestant effort to uninstall/reinstall and keep my fingers crossed I will be able to get the mag to download. On my second reinstall and fourth attempt now for her September issue. Elle, you fail.

Boo, 1.99 for Nothing. I tried downloading like 50 times. CANCEL

I downloaded the latest Elle Decor app. It opens and then crashes. Im running OS 5.1 on an IPad1. Ive tried rebooting and reinstalling without success. App support site is useless.
